What’s included in the Volume Duo?
Sea Salt Spray and Pomade. The spray adds texture and volume, while Pomade provides smooth control and healthy shine.
How do I use them together?
Apply 3–5 sprays to damp hair and work through with your fingers. Warm a dime-sized amount of Pomade between your palms, distribute evenly, and style with your fingers or a comb.
What kind of hold and finish will I get?
Sea Salt Spray creates a textured base. Pomade finishes your style with medium hold and healthy shine.
How is it different from the Texture Duo?
Both start with Sea Salt Spray. Volume Duo includes Pomade for a smoother, shinier finish; Texture Duo includes Clay for stronger hold and a low-shine, textured look.
Do I need a blow-dryer?
No. You can apply the products to damp hair, shape your style, and let it dry naturally.
Can I use the products separately?
Yes. Use Sea Salt Spray alone for light hold and texture, or Pomade on slightly damp or dry hair for smooth shape and control.

When will my order arrive?
Orders usually ship within 24 hours on business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. US orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days after shipping.
International delivery times vary by destination. You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination, so you can review the total before paying. See our shipping policy for more information.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping. Check availability and rates for your destination at checkout. Customers are responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, and taxes. For help with a specific destination, contact support@flowbros.com.
How do I track my order?
We’ll email your tracking information once your order ships. Follow the link in that email to check its progress.
What is your return and refund policy?
Our 60-day satisfaction guarantee covers your first purchase of each hair product from flowbros.com, even if it’s been opened and used. Repeat purchases and subscription renewals aren’t covered.
For bundles, eligibility applies to each product individually. Buying a different bundle doesn’t restart eligibility. Refunds cover eligible products only and reflect the amount paid, with the bundle discount allocated proportionally.
To request a refund, email support@flowbros.com within 60 days of delivery with your order number and what didn’t work for you. Please contact us before returning anything; opened products only need to be returned if we ask.
Approved refunds go to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refundable for satisfaction claims. Allow up to 10 business days after approval. See the full refund policy for details.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email support@flowbros.com promptly with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll arrange an appropriate replacement or refund and cover any required return or replacement shipping. This applies even if you’ve bought the product before.
